Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the public office or official service that matches the Wayne County request:
- A CCS or docket: search Indiana MyCase, then request the official record from the Wayne County Clerk

- A certified copy: order it from the Wayne County Clerk; certified copies cannot be emailed
